At Lifestyle Design we make sure that all of our products are manufactured to the highest standards, if however in the unlikely event you wish to return your furniture we offer the following refund and return policy.

On receipt of any good ordered through our website, Lifestyle design are happy to offer a refund up to 7 days after receipt of any faulty or defective goods as long as they are returned to lifestyle design in the original packaging and in perfect condition. However, refunds do not apply to customer’s orders that have been specifically made to their choice of wood, leather, size and design. Please check with our sales team at time of ordering to determine whether your purchase falls into this category.

Every item delivered by lifestyle Design is unpacked by our delivery team and inspected with the customer to check the item is acceptable. If at the time of unpacking a fault is detected, please inform the delivery team and this can be noted on the delivery note. All delivery and collection costs are the customer’s responsibility. Lifestyle design is happy to arrange the collection of unwanted items, and we will deduct this collection cost from the final refund amount. All items must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition. All retuned items will be inspected by lifestyle design, and your refund will be issued after.
